Gaudi’s Nest will hold the reservation for 48 hours pending payment confirmation.

Guests can make prepayments/reservations via Paypal or bank wire transfer.

The balance of the total amount will be required in cash at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy: 50% of the prepayment/reservation fee will be refunded if a cancellation notice is given one month prior to the check-in date.

Gaudi’s Nest reserves the right to ask for a 150€ refundable property damage deposit (payable in cash at the time of check-in).

Child Policy: one child under three years old stays for free (discount per family).

Smoking Policy: no smoking allowed inside the apartments; however, smoking is allowed at private terrace.

Pet Policy: no pets allowed at this time.
