		An Incredible Building! We just returned from a lovely 6 days in Barcelona. Since you never know what you are going to get from renting on the internet, we were a bit unsure, but what a pleasant surprise! Our apartment on the first floor, was beautiful, spacious, well appointed and spotlessly cleaned. We thoroughly enjoyed Arturo and Joanna, our Innkeepers. Arturo is very helpful in neighborhood information. His English is very good and we had no problem understanding him. He helped us with video rentals, restaurants, and anything else we were to need. We learned the metro subway system and it soon became a very affordable way for us to see the entire city. What a lovely lovely neighborhood. Plenty of eateries, shops and parks to relax. The views of the Cathedral are unsurpassed. We loved this building so much. We cannot think of one single negative. A perfect place for a perfect price. What a bargain! Thanks Arturo and Joanna for making our trip memorable.

		Fantastic Views Great apartment with fantastic views of the Sagrada Familia. Great access to transport and Artur who looked after the apartments was really friendly and helpful. The only downside was walking up all the stairs to get to the apartment although I'm not very fit and managed okay!!! Muchas Gracias Artur and Juana!!!

		Great Place! We really enjoyed our recent stay. The apartment was just right for the two of us and we loved the two doors opening to the park. The view of Sagrada Familia was amazing. While the stairs seemed imposing at first, they really weren't much of a problem. The wireless internet access was a bit spotty but we could not have been more pleased with our stay. Thank you Artur for being so helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.

		A Perfect Place to Stay! We were really impressed with this spacious, very clean apartment which had every ammenity taken care of. Artur was a wonderful host who was incredibly helpful and provided us with lots of information to make our stay in Barcelona even more enjoyable. The roof terrace was amazing with a fantastic view of Sagrada Familia and a wonderful place to have breakfast on a morning or an evening drink - perfect. The area felt very safe and had lots to see and do. However, the metro and a regular bus service to all other areas of Barcelona were also just around the corner, so it was very easy to get around and an ideal base for our holiday. The stairs to the apartment were the only negative thing about the whole stay. As there was no lift it took all our energy to reach the top. However, the apartment and roof terrace were well worth it and we'd definitely stay here again. In fact we're already looking at our diaries to see when we can book another stay!

		Excellent Apartment This is a fantastic apartment with lovely views over gardens and Gaudi's Sagrada Familia. There is everything that you need for a very comfotable stay and the owner is very helpful and speaks excellent English. The bus/metro is very cheap and together with the apartment's central location means that it is very easy to explore the city. The property is not suitable for anyone who has problems with stairs but the climb is well worth it.

		Perfect This was our fist time in europe and we are so happy to have discovered Barcelona with this flat as our pied-d'à-terre! The appartment is spacious, clean, has everything you need, has a beautiful view and is close to downtown and to metro and buses. The owners are more than helpful. They gave us the rundown of everything to do and see and supplied very helpful guides of where to eat. You must try the origens restaurant. Thank you Artur for everything! The market is really close and is very fun to shop. I recommend this place to anyone who want the perfect vacation. It's all about the location. We were on the top floor. It's long to go up but we never regreted it. The view is dreamy. I would definitly rent this space again and again and again.

		A Room with a Truly Stunning View! Breakfast with a view of the Sagrada Familia before the busloads of tourists crowd the cathedral! There is no better place to view Barcelona's most famous sight. And the apartment is everything you want, it is clean, well-maintained, bright and friendly. Artur gave us a warm-hearted welcome offering a taste of some of his country's delicacies while overwhelming us with information on the area and his favourite sights and places to eat out. He made us feel very much at home and helped to make our holiday one to remember. Excellent value for the money. Many thanks!

		Wonderful Place to Stay! We loved this apartment! It had the most stunning view of Sagrada Familia, which was amazing! It was right next to a Metro stop which took us to the city centre in 3 stops. It was quiet and away from all of the noise of the city. The rooftop terrace was a great place to chill with a bottle of wine. The owner, Artur, was a wonderful host who was extremely helpful during our stay. He provided restaurant advice, tourist information and even made reservations for us to see flamenco dancing! We would highly recommend this place.

		Superb Just returned from a short break in Barcelona. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and the roof terrace has stunning views. Artur provided us with lots of information on where to go, what to see etc. nothing was a problem for him. The metro system is very easy to use, I felt perfectly at ease walking around with my 2 teenage daughters and using public transport. There are numerous places to eat and Arturs advise not to eat at restaurants that show pictures of the food but to go for the ones that have menus and blackboards was very good advice we had some excellent meals and all at resonable prices. 		Flat in Front of the Sagrada Familia The flat was great, the owner very friendly and helpful. The flat was completly renovated and new furniture; the equipement is sufficient to all comfort. The view on the Sagrada Familia is amazing - no doubt. But the only negative point: no elevator in the building...but once a time you're in the appart - it's really worth to climb 100 steps!!! Fore sure we will come back!
